What is DeSoto Swing Bed Services?

Our Swing Bed Program allows patients to get continued, focused care after an acute hospital stay to better prepare for discharge. This program eases the transition from acute care to home by providing patients with access to highly trained and caring medical professionals at DeSoto Regional Health System.  Please contact our case manager Cody Sepulvado at (318) 872-4610 Ext 2504 for details.
