Programs such as weight loss, body-building, maintenance, and general health improvement are offered through the DeSoto Regional Wellness Center. The new, modern facility offers a variety of equipment for personal use such as treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, free weights and weight machines.

The Fitness Center is located at 305 Texas Street in Mansfield, LA, and operated by CPR-trained staff and personal trainers. It is open from 5:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 5:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, and 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, closed on Sunday.
