Tanika R. Nash, CPA, MBA  

Tanika R. Nash joined DeSoto Regional Health System as Chief Financial Officer in January 2023.  Tanika was born in Minden, Louisiana and educated through the Webster Parish school system.    Ms. Nash received a master’s degree in business administration from Louisiana State University at Shreveport.  She earned a bachelor of science in accounting at Louisiana Tech University where she graduated summa cum laude.

Prior to joining DeSoto Regional, Ms. Nash held various financial responsibilities such as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Financial Analyst and Chief Financial Informational Officer. Ms. Nash is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the accounting and finance field, including working with one of the International Big Three accounting firms.  In addition to her accounting and financial experience, she has also led numerous information technology projects and has an ability for reviewing business processes to seek efficiencies through workflow and technology enhancements.    

Tanika currently resides in Bossier City, Louisiana with her husband, James, and two daughters.  During her free time, she enjoys watching her daughters participate in their respective sports, playing tennis and spending time with her family.
