Chris Davis is the Vice President of Finance for DeSoto Regional Health System. Chris was born in Shreveport, LA. He received his education in the Caddo Parish School System. He is a college graduate from Northwestern State University, Southern University A&M, and Louisiana Tech University. Chris has 15 years of health care experience. He is board certified by NBRC as a Neonatal Pediatric Specialist.
Before joining the Desoto Regional Family, he held a leadership role with Willis-Knighton Health System for eleven years as the Critical Care Coordinator. During that time, he developed many programs including Sepsis, DVT Initiative, Multi-Disciplinary Rounding Team, and the ECMO program.
Chris currently resides in Shreveport, LA. He is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and belongs to Peaceful Rest Missionary Baptist Church. He is also a member of American College of Healthcare Executives. One word used to describe him would be compassionate; he considers himself as being a servant leader. During his free time, Chris enjoys playing tennis, spending time with his niece and nephew, and long drives.
