Bob Toner is originally from York, PA and joined the US Air Force after high school. He completed the Military Physician Assistant Program from the University of Nebraska in 2002 and was stationed at Barksdale AFB from 2002-2006, where he met his wife, Carmen. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2013 with nearly 23 years of service and in 2016 moved to Logansport, LA. He worked at Ochsner LSU in the Cystic Fibrosis Center and Pulmonary Department. He completed his Doctorate of Medical Science in 2019 with a fellowship in Pediatrics. He has over 14 years of Family Medicine experience and over 6 years of Pulmonary experience. Bob is very compassionate about providing high quality care to his patient population and will treat you with respect and dignity.
Mr. Toner is now seeing patients at DRFM Logansport Monday through Thursday.
